PARLIAMENT TO RATIFY AGREEMENT ON SPECIAL RELATIONS - SEKS

ZAGREB, March 1 (Hina) - The Croatian National Parliament will not linger with the ratification of the Agreement on Special Relations with the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, but will ratify it quickly, president of the parliamentary bench of the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), Vladimir Seks, told the House of Representatives on Monday. Seks said The Sabor would probably discuss the issue on Friday. The HDZ bench does not have to hold a special discussion on the ratification, because it is the party's political stance that the Agreement should be ratified and implemented with annexes. Croatia will not wait for the unjustified delay of the ratification at the Parliament of the Bosnian Federation to be resolved. The delay has occurred due to the completely unjustified calling on the Bosnian Federation Constitution and interpretation that the Parliament of Bosnia-Herzegovina had to discuss the Agreement before the Bosnian Federation Parliament can ratify it, Seks said. How much Croatia cares for the special relations to be implemented as soon as possible is proven by the fact that it has already handed 12 annexes to the Agreement to the Bosniak side, and another are being drawn up, he stressed.
