"Minister Granic has acquainted HSK representatives with Croatia's international position and the strategic guidelines of its foreign policy, one of the most important being care for Croats living outside of Croatia", a Ministry's statement said. Granic also informed the delegation about the expected opening of Croatian general consulates in Subotica, Kotor, Banja Luka and Chicago. He also described as very important the handing of annexes to the Agreement on Special Relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina by Croatian representatives to Federation officials.(hina) rml
