ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Saturday received a Croat member of Bosnia-Herzegovina's three-man Presidency, Ante Jelavic, Tudjman's office said in a statement. Participants in the meeting expressed
dissatisfaction with the fact that, despite Washington and Dayton agreements, the equality of (Bosnian) Croats had not been ensured in the political, cultural, educational and media fields. They voiced dissatisfaction with the refusal of Bosniak (Moslem) members of the Croat-Moslem Federal Parliament to ratify the Agreement on Special Relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was already signed by top officials of Croatia and the Bosnian Federation. Participants in the meeting expressed dissatisfaction with the
fact that, despite Washington and Dayton agreements, the equality
of (Bosnian) Croats had not been ensured in the political,

order to ensure the consistent implementation of the agreements.
Present at the meeting was President Tudjman's advisor, Ivic
