"an advisory referendum should be carried out to assess the success of the implementation of the Dayton Agreement". "With due respect to the American Embassy and recognition of its knowledge of the situation in our region... we believe it is completely clear to you that the development of events thus far is not favourable for Croats, who are a sovereign and constitutive people in Bosnia-Herzegovina," the letter, signed by association chairman, Miro Grabovac Titan, said.
