ZAGREB, Feb 11 (Hina) - The Croatian Government on Thursday sent into urgent parliamentary procedure a bill on ratifying the Agreement on Special Relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The purpose of the
agreement, signed on November 22, 1998, is to breathe life into the Croat-Muslim Federation with the aim of improving cooperation based on the already existing agreements, and securing permanent co-existence of the Croat and Bosniak peoples in the Federation, said Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo Sanader. The agreement is based on the Dayton Peace Accords, which confirms Croatia's commitment to the principles of the Dayton Accords, Sanader stressed. Croatia has already prepared a certain number of annexes and
expects the Federation to respond as soon as possible, because
these annexes are important for the implementation of the
agreement, Matesa added.
