ZAGREB, Jan 15 (Hina) - Croatia and Germany on Friday signed a framework agreement on technical cooperation. The agreement was signed by the German Ambassador to Croatia, Volker Haak, and Croatian Deputy Science and Technology
Minister, Nikola Ruzinski. The frame agreement would enable wider cooperation in different areas of science, particularly in new technologies, Ruzinski said. He added the focus would be placed on building in Croatia the part of the science-technological system still insufficiently developed, Ruzinski added. Ruzinski said an agreement in principle had already been reached on Germany's involvement in the construction of a technological park in the southern Croatian seaport of Split. The German Ambassador said the agreement was also an official endorsement of the cooperation between the two governments in science and technology achieved to date, as well as in economy.(hina) it/
