TRADE UNION TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST KUTLE AND SUPERVISORY BOARD

ZAGREB, Jan 28 (Hina) - It is no longer possible to follow the courses of finance in the Globus group, but it is obvious that the entire system was established to facilitate financial abuse and to rob certain systems within the group, president of the Croatian Trade Union, Ana Knezevic, told Thursday' news conference in Zagreb. The Union will file charges against the Globus group owner, Miroslav Kutle, and members of the corporation's Supervisory Board for white-collar crime which has ruined several companies with the group, Knezevic said. A typical example if the "Tisak" distribution company which, despite revenues of DM1.5 million, currently owes DM100 million. Besides that, Kutle has additionally burdened Tisak with DM550 million of mortgage. It is interesting that Tisak has over 60 direct transfer accounts, and employees are getting paid through an unknown company, "Ukus" from Virovitica, Knezevic said. Besides Diona and Tisak, which are blocked and necessitated the intervention of the Government, it is also critical in Jadrantekstil, Koteks and Dalma. In these three companies, the number of employees has been reduced to one third of what it had been before they joined the Globus group, Knezevic stressed. (hina) lml jn
