SARAJEVO'S UNIVERZAL BANK SARAJEVO, Dec 22 (Hina) - Representatives of Croatia's Zagrebacka and Bosnia's Univerzal banks signed a financial cooperation agreement in Sarajevo on Friday giving Zagrebacka a 70 percent interest in one of
the leading banks in Bosnia's Croat-Muslim federation. The agreement was signed by Zagrebacka banka chairman of the board Franjo Lukovic and Univerzal banka's managing director Alma Smailbegovic. Present at the signing were also Bosnia's central bank governor Peter Nicholl and federal Prime Minister Edhem Bicakcic, while Deputy Finance Minister Damir Kustrak represented the Croatian government. Univerzal's balance sum revolves around DM130 million, whereas the total share capital and reserves around 16 million.
