Between 9am and 3pm, about 50 farmers, driving 20 tractors, blocked
traffic in Cajkovci in the eastern part of Slavonski Brod-Posavina
County, protesting against the failure of the Osijek-based In-cubo
factory and several co-operatives from the area to pay for their
wheat.
The rally was organised by the county HSS branch, which estimates
that farmers from the area claim about 1.5 million kuna for their
wheat, whereas farmers from the whole county claim about five
million kuna.
