help Croatia return the capital illegally taken out of the country in the last ten years, Swiss Foreign Minister Joseph Deiss said in Thursday's talks with Croatian President Stipe Mesic. Deiss said Switzerland was willing to freeze the bank accounts of Croatian citizens suspected of or prosecuted for economic crimes. President Mesic arrived in Switzerland on Wednesday evening. Mesic and Deiss discussed the situation in Croatia and the region, as well as the Near East crisis.
