visit to Finland. The talks focused on the situation in Croatia and the region, Stability Pact, and the upcoming summit of EU and south-east European countries in Zagreb on November 24. Finnish parliamentarians stressed the importance of return of all refugees to their homes. The Croatian officials and their colleagues from the Committee on the Constitution discussed constitutional changes in Croatia. Finland adopted changes to its constitution last year.
