ZAGREB, Oct 12 (Hina) - Croatia's Government on Thursday endorsed amendments and supplements to the Bankruptcy Act, the Government's public relations office reported. According to the changes, costs of the bankruptcy procedure will
include gross salaries and compensations for holidays of employees for three months. This makes it possible for a bankrupt company to be re-organised, namely to retain jobs. The Government is expected to discuss the matter before the Economic and Social Council and subsequently to adopt a final draft. The Government ordered to the Croatian Homeland War Veterans' Ministry to cover costs of the treatment of disabled war veterans (categories of I and II degree) in special hospitals until their housing problem is not adequately solved. The Government ordered to the Croatian Homeland War Veterans'
Ministry to cover costs of the treatment of disabled war veterans

The Government appointed Ivan Grujic as the head of the recently-

imprisoned Croatian soldiers and civilians. The Government's
Office replaces the commission at the helm of which was also
Grujic.
