SARAJEVO, Oct 2 (Hina) - Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina will set up a special commission for refugees and the two countries could sign a social insurance agreement as early as this week, BH Ambassador to Croatia Hasan Muratovic said
in an interview with Monday's issue of Sarajevo's "Oslobodjenje" daily. Muratovic said the two issues would be discussed at a meeting of the Croatian-Bosnian Cooperation Council, to be held in Zagreb on October 4. Recalling that at a session in Sarajevo this March the council had defined 16 important issues, which had to be solved as soon as possible, Muratovic said the most difficult issues were yet to be tackled. Those include an agreement on dual citizenship, which, according to the Dayton peace agreement, must be signed by December 15, as well as agreements on employment, local-border traffic, extradition, and the reciprocal provision of embassy buildings. Croatia Hasan Muratovic said in an interview with Monday's issue of
Sarajevo's "Oslobodjenje" daily.
Muratovic said the two issues would be discussed at a meeting of the
Croatian-Bosnian Cooperation Council, to be held in Zagreb on
October 4.
Recalling that at a session in Sarajevo this March the council had
defined 16 important issues, which had to be solved as soon as
possible, Muratovic said the most difficult issues were yet to be
tackled.
Those include an agreement on dual citizenship, which, according to
the Dayton peace agreement, must be signed by December 15, as well
as agreements on employment, local-border traffic, extradition,
and the reciprocal provision of embassy buildings.
Muratovic added that so far there had been no attempts to include
the Bosnian Serb entity into contract signed earlier between the
Croat-Muslim Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia.
