ZADAR, June 24 (Hina) - The Association of Croatian Homeland War Volunteers on Saturday elected Ilija Majic new president at the end of its two-day sixth assembly in Zadar. The assembly elected Zvonko Milas head of the Head Committee
and Ivan Baksa head of the Supervisory Committee. Addressing reporters, Majic said this was the first time the association had elected new leaders without being divided, which was proof of its democracy and unity. The association's former president, Branko Borkovic, will remain a member and participate in the association's work.(hina) rml
