eastern Europe has been organised by Children's Embassy in Sarajevo. UN High Representative to Croatia, Arcelly Santana, said the basic task of the first children's embassy in the world was to care about and protect children. Every year, this association, established in the Bosnian capital, confers the Charter of Olympic Humanity and Gold Charter. So far, the charters have been to Lucianno Pavarotti, Juan Antonio Samaranche and the family of US President Bill Clinton.
