ZAGREB, June 19 (Hina) - Croatia's sweets manufacturer Kras concluded last year's business with 19.87 million kuna (US$2.52 million) in net earnings. According to a decision the company's General Assembly reached on Saturday, the net
earnings will be distributed into legal and other reserves and dividends. The amount of 15.9 million kuna (US$2.01 million) will go for dividends, namely 12 kuna (US$1.52) per share, to be paid to shareholders by year's end, Kras said. In comparison with 1998, Kras' share in Croatia's sweets manufacturing rose by 0.6 percent. Income earnings, the entire assets and pre-taxation earnings rose by 19.1 percent.
