report on the execution of the 1999 state budget and a report on the implementation of the Sabor House of Representatives' conclusions on the survey of state collateral given between 1996 and 1999 and Croatia's public debt. A debate, which ensued after the adoption of those papers, focused on the current state of affairs in Croatia's economy and latest economic measures as well as on some statements by economic experts about the value of the national currency, kuna. The Government reiterated its commitment to maintaining the economic stability and the stable currency exchange. Tourism Minister Pave Zupan Ruskovic believes that the latest economic measures were contrary to what one wanted to get from tourism. Loud statements about the appreciation of the na
