SISAK, May 10 (Hina) - Officials of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) on Wednesday visited the Croatian Mine Centre (HCR) in Sisak and discussed the system of humanitarian mince clearing and assistance in the
operation. The representatives of the CIDA, a Canadian state agency at the foreign ministry, were received by HCR director Damir Gorseta and associates. Thanking Canada for its support and assistance in mine clearing in Croatia, Gorseta added any help is welcome so Croatia could be relieved of more than a million mines and explosive devices as soon as possible. Accompanied by HCR representatives, the Canadians visited sites in Glinska Poljana and Zupic near Petrinja, where the land is being cleared of mines.(hina) lml
