The government also authorised Defence Minister Jozo Rados to sign an Agreement on Financial Assistance to the Croat component of the Army of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The agreement is part of Croatia's international obligations and its purpose is to make the assistance Bosnia-Herzegovina is receiving, regardless of where it comes from, transparent.
