ZAGREB, April 13 (Hina) - The Croatian Government on Thursday forwarded to the Parliament's House of Representatives a draft law on equal official usage of minority languages and scripts. The Government will express its official
stance on amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs next week, after the amendments are once again reviewed by the Coordination for Internal Affairs. The amendments were motioned by the Parliament's Committee for Internal Affairs and National Security, with the aim of precisely establishing cases in which measures of a secret gathering of information could be used, such as in cases of wiretapping. The Government reacted with its own amendments to provisions pertaining to the deadline and circle of persons to be informed about the undertaken measures. the Law on Internal Affairs next week, after the amendments are once
again reviewed by the Coordination for Internal Affairs.

and that only Parliament president be informed, not President of
the country, prime minister or the above mentioned committee.
The Government established a Coordination for areas of special
government care with first deputy prime minister Goran Granic at
the helm.
