Komsic said that during talks with Croatian President Mesic, Prime Minister Racan and Parliament president Tomcic, he had received convictions that Croatian authorities would support changes to the Dayton Agreement pertaining to the cantonisation of Bosnia- Herzegovina. "As a signatory to the Dayton Agreement, Croatia has full moral and political right to seek changes within Bosnia's state structures," Komsic said. (hina) lml
