SARAJEVO, Feb 29 (Hina) - The voting process at municipal elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina scheduled for April 8 will begin as early as this week, when voters abroad will be sent ballots, spokeswoman for the Organisation for Security
and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Bosnia Herzegovina, Tanja Domi, said in Sarajevo Tuesday. Out of the total of two and a half million citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina who registered in time for the voting, 213,000 live abroad and have the right to vote by mail. Filled ballots must reach Bosnia-Herzegovina by April 5 at the latest, and those which are late will not be counted.
