The Croatian government on Friday made documents pertaining to the negotiating process available on the government's web site and the web site of the foreign ministry.
On Friday afternoon the trade union federation warns that "the published documents are the starting negotiating positions of the Republic of Croatia but not the final results of the negotiations",
The SSSH said that the it was not clear from the published documents anything about transitional periods and exceptions which the European Union okayed or did not okay in the membership talks with Croatia.
