SARAJEVO, Feb 2 (Hina) - The Lower House of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina on Wednesday adopted a draft budget for this entity amounting to 940 million convertible marks (KM). Following a brief discussion, MP's
supported a larger part of the government's draft which was once again limited by rigorous regulations regarding public expenditure for Bosnia-Herzegovina as determined by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The largest portion of budgetary funds, about 37 per cent, will once again be earmarked to defence while the second largest expenditure will be to cater for war invalids and welfare allowances. A little more than one quarter of budgetary funds will be allocated to this item. Following a recommendation by the IMF, the total allocated to service the country's foreign debts, for which the Federation too is responsible, will be increased to 115 million German marks, even

(KM).
Following a brief discussion, MP's supported a larger part of the
government's draft which was once again limited by rigorous
regulations regarding public expenditure for Bosnia-Herzegovina
as determined by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The largest portion of budgetary funds, about 37 per cent, will once
again be earmarked to defence while the second largest expenditure
will be to cater for war invalids and welfare allowances.
A little more than one quarter of budgetary funds will be allocated
