ZAGREB, Jan 21 (Hina) - Four branch unions allied into the Alliance of Independent Croatian Unions (SSSH), on Friday asked commercial courts in Zagreb, Rijeka and Split to postpone the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against
companies owned by Josip Gucic until the new Government sets its view about a decision of Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa of last July on the financial restructuring of the textile section of the Gucic group. The biggest creditor of the Gucic Group, the Zagrebacka Bank, requested bankruptcy proceedings against the corporation last December. Several unions have announced they would do everything for Matesa's decision to be implemented. (hina) lml
