The concept envisages the regulations of decision-making and work,
as well as structure of the future Government and Parliament, as
well as criteria for the distribution of duties of authority.
The main criterion for the distribution of authority will be
electoral results, Racan said after the three-hour meeting.
Racan and HSS president Zlatko Tomac announced the six parties
would sign a coalition agreement with the aim of securing a stable
and firm Government and Parliament.
The agreement will be signed before the appointment of the new prime
minister, and its details will be presented next week, Racan said.
