PODGORICA, Dec 29 (Hina) - Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic said on Saturday that he viewed talks among experts of Montenegro, Serbia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which are being held with the mediation of EU experts,
as useful. "I believe the talks are useful because they help us to find solutions to certain dilemmas and reach answers to questions troubling Montenegrin and Serbian public," Djukanovic said. If the talks do not result in a success, Montenegro will be left with the only option, which is to carry out a referendum on Montenegro's independence, the president stressed. Djukanovic believes that "Montenegro has all preconditions to assume responsibility to manage its own future."(hina) lml
