BUJE, Nov 28 (Hina) - The court proceedings against the Groznjan municipality and Istria County Prefect Ivan Jakovcic which are being carried out on the basis of a lawsuit filed by the state attorney because of the purchase of the
Sveti Juraj village through a direct bargaining and not through a public bid, began at the Buje Municipal Court on Wednesday. The state attorney's office is expecting the proceedings to rescind the sale contract of December 30, 196, with which Ivan Jakovcic bought from the Groznjan municipality the contentious real-estate, and to establish the cadastre situation before the purchase. The defence counsel claim that the purchase was done in line with the law and expect the court to confirm this. The continuation of the main hearing will be scheduled when the court is submitted the regulations on the sale of the Groznjan municipality real-estate and the files on the sale of all the real-estate.(hina) lml sb
