OSIJEK, Nov 26 (Hina) - A trial which began this June against six Serbs from Slavonija-Baranja County, indicted for war crimes committed in Baranja during the Homeland Defence War, continued at the Osijek County Court Monday, with
testimonies of new witnesses. Only six of 58 Serbs accused of the war crime, are available to the Croatian judiciary - Nikola Alaica, 57, Mile Bekic, 56, Drago Karagac, 57, Petar Mamula, 56, Milan Pruscu, 49, and Sreto Jovandic, 43. The six indictees are in custody at the Osijek County prison. The other Baranja Serbs accused of war crimes escaped to Yugoslavia, or some other country, and will be tried in absentia separately.(hina) np
