VUKOVAR VUKOVAR, Oct 17 (Hina) - Of the 105 million kuna (USD12.8 million) obtained through the sale of a government 'challenger' plane, 42 million have been spent for the reconstruction of the eastern town of Vukovar, part of the
funds will be spent by the end of the year, and next year the fund in charge of the reconstruction of Vukovar will spend around 25 million kuna for reconstruction purposes, Public Works Minister Radimir Cacic said on Wednesday. Cacic, who chairs the reconstruction fund's steering committee, told reporters that by establishing the fund the state had secured a better and speedier reconstruction of the town.
