A contribution to such bids is an international conference on human rights and democratisation which will be held in Dubrovnik, under the auspices of the United Nations, Picula said last night ahead of the start of the three-day international conference, set for Monday. He described the conference as a contribution of Croatia, which hosts this event, to attempts to properly define relations in the international community. (hina) ms
