JORDANIAN ARRESTED IN BOSNIA RELEASED

SARAJEVO, Oct 4 (Hina) - The Jordanian citizen who was arrested two days ago in the northern Bosnian town of Bihac by the police of Bosnia's Croat-Muslim entity was released upon questioning, U.N. Mission spokesman Stefo Lehman told reporters in Sarajevo on Thursday. Abu Kharroub Majed, who along with Jordanian also has Bosnian citizenship, was arrested by the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina police and Stabilisation Force (SFOR) due to suspicion of participating in the illegal transfer of people across the Bosnian border. After his arrest, the Jordanian was transferred to Sarajevo where he was questioned by the federal police and FBI members.
