200 refugees return on a daily basis, the UNHCR said. Another 27,000 are still in Kosovo and will most probably stay the winter as they have nowhere to return to Macedonia, with their houses demolished or unsafe return areas. Around 55,000 refugees returned to Macedonia by Wednesday, the last day of NATO's Essential Harvest weapon-collecting operation there.
