PODGORICA, Sept 22 (Hina) - Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and Prime Minister Filip Vujanovic have accepted Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica's latest invitation to talks that are to tackle the future of the Yugoslav
federation, Socialist Democratic Party (DPS) spokesman Igor Luksic said on Saturday. In their answer to Kostunica, Djukanovic and Vujanovic have reiterated that "the participation of the illegitimate federal prime minister in the talks is not acceptable." The talks which were to take place last week fell through because the Montenegrin side refused to participate due to the announced presence of a representative of the Yugoslav federal government, which Podgorica does not recognise.
