MOSTAR, Aug 2 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative in Bosnia and the chairman of the Bosnian government, the Council of Ministers, have agreed on ways of future cooperation in a newly-formed partnership
consultative forum. The forum will not represent a new political institution but a place to resolve and mull urgent issues at the highest level. High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch and Council of Ministers chairman Zlatko Lagumdzija will attend every meeting, Petritsch's Office said on Thursday. The forum will address issues from a programme the Peace Implementation Council for Bosnia defined last year, primarily the promotion of Bosnia's integration into Europe. If necessary, representatives of other bodies of the executive and legislative authorities, institutions and organisations will be invited to the forum meetings, although the main business relationship will be between the Cou
