PODGORICA, July 24 (Hina) - Miodrag Vukovic, an advisor to Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, on Tuesday criticised the Yugoslav leadership for its decision to appoint Dragisa Pesic as the new Yugoslav Premier. Vukovic added that
the current federal government, which Montenegro did not recognise, would not remain in power for a long time. Vukovic also warned that Pesic used to be finance minister during the rule of Slobodan Milosevic when Momir Bulatovic was at the helm of the then Yugoslav government. This reflects how serious the current Yugoslav officials were in their attempts to maintain the federal institutions. According to the Montenegrin politician, the federal government's powers will be trimmed and eventually such government will become totally useless.(hina) sb ms
