the negotiations should use this historical opportunity to reach a
long-term political agreement and stabilise the region, Pardew
said.

document on amendments to the constitution and other documents for

Branko Crvenkovski, Arben Xhaferij and Imer Imerij, to reach a
final agreement by Monday.
Three issues should be discussed -- the official use of minority
languages and local police, while the Macedonian party demanded
that laws to be passed by mechanism for the prevention of the

Over the last 24 hours, no armed incidents were reported and a
cease-fire is mostly respected, the Defence Ministry said in a
