Ilievski announced the arrival of a greater number of foreign observers who will monitor the situation in the region because "the situation in the Tetovo region is alarming and urgent measures are necessary". He also confirmed that road blocks had been removed from the Tetovo-Jazince road, after yesterday's talks between NATO representatives and Albanian guerrillas, adding, however, Albanian armed groups were still present in occupied Macedonian villages.
