Slobodan Milosevic, the Serbian government said in a statement. The statement further reads that "concrete cooperation" with the ICTY was thus "initiated in line with the decree" passed by the Yugoslav government which came into effect on Sunday. Today's government session decided on "the start of Yugoslavia's cooperation process with the ICTY," on the basis of the decree, the statement adds. According to the decree, the county court is to pass a decision on handing over criminal proceedings to the ICTY. Any possible appeals are to be discussed by the republic (Serbian or Montenegrin) supreme court within 15 days of the submission.(hina) lml
