PODGORICA, June 15 (Hina) - Montenegrin presidential advisor Miodrag Vukovic said today the Yugoslav law on cooperation with the Hague-based war crimes tribunal stipulating that the decision on extradition of Yugoslav citizens would
be made by Yugoslav republics, is proof that Yugoslavia in fact does not exist. "Any story about a functional federation and a joint country of Montenegro and Serbia is senseless if republics decide on the extradition of Yugoslav citizens," Vukovic was cited by Radio Montenegro today. Vukovic stressed that the adoption of a motion that the law regulate that the extradition be decided on by republics is a confirmation that Serbia and Montenegro are states.(hina) lml
