BELGRADE, June 13 (Hina) - After Wednesday morning's talks with representatives of Montenegro's Social People's Party (SNP), Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica said a law on cooperation with the International Criminal tribunal for
the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) would be included in the agenda of the next session of the Yugoslav government. After the talks, Kostunica told reporters the law would include the extradition of Yugoslav citizens to the Hague tribunal. Asked whether someone other than Milosevic would be extradited to the ICTY by the end of this month, Kostunica said the law must be endorsed at the government's session first and then forwarded to the parliament. Only then we can discuss the implementation of the law, says Kostunica. SNP representatives told reporters an agreement on the passing of the law was not reached at the meeting. Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica said a law on cooperation
with the International Criminal tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) would be included in the agenda of the next session of the
Yugoslav government.
After the talks, Kostunica told reporters the law would include the

Asked whether someone other than Milosevic would be extradited to
the ICTY by the end of this month, Kostunica said the law must be
endorsed at the government's session first and then forwarded to
the parliament. Only then we can discuss the implementation of the
law, says Kostunica.
SNP representatives told reporters an agreement on the passing of
the law was not reached at the meeting.
SNP leader Predrag Bulatovic told reporters the ruling Serbian
coalition (DOS/SNP) stood by their beliefs, reiterating his party
opposed the law.
"We are pro cooperation and we believe that all perpetrators of
crimes must be punished, but we also believe they should be tried in
Yugoslavia", Bulatovic said.
