BELGRADE, June 20 (Hina) - A session of both chambers of the Yugoslav parliament which should tackle a bill on cooperation of Belgrade with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) is postponed from
Thursday to Friday, as representatives of the Montenegrin Socialist People's Party (SNP) have offered 'new solutions'. On Wednesday afternoon the ruling coalition DOS and its coalition partner on the federal level SNP held an unannounced meeting to discuss uncertainties about the bill on the cooperation with the ICTY. The pro-Serbian SNP has said several times it will vote against the law which envisages the extradition of Yugoslav citizens to the Hague tribunal. DOS will not be able to adopt the law without the SNP votes. After their meeting on Wednesday it was not said what kind of new solutions was proposed.(hina) ms
