June 29, the amount will be 20 percent less, Yugoslav officials told a news conference in Belgrade today. Head of the Yugoslav delegation at the conference, Vice-Premier Miroljub Labus, said he is in "regular contact" with all donors, and added the US administration left open the possibility of participating at the donor's conference for Yugoslavia. Labus did not mention the deadline of 48 hours Yugoslavia was given on Sunday to extradite "one of indicted" to the Hague-based war crimes tribunal, as the British press is writing today, citing American officials.
