DUBROVNIK DUBROVNIK, June 20 (Hina) - "Human Rights and Medicine" is the name of an international three-day conference which opened in the southern Adriatic town of Dubrovnik on Wednesday, pooling some 20 participants from eight
countries. The conference focuses on the uncertainties and challenges of ageing in medicine, law and the social policy. It was held for the first time 16 years ago and addresses the delicate ethical issues doctors encounter in working with patients, as well as human rights within the health policy and system.
