ANGERS, June 16 (Hina) - On the second day of his visit to France, Croatian President Stipe Mesic on Saturday in Angers met representatives of local self-government and businessmen from the Maine-et-Loire province, to informed them of changes in Croatia's interior organisation. Mesic told the Maine-et-Loire representatives, headed by prefect and prime minister of the province government Andre Lardeux, that after the January 3, 2000 election, the semi-presidential system in Croatia changed into parliamentary, which is very similar to the French.
