Speaking today was Bosnia's Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija who told reporters, after his address, that Croatia's President Stipe Mesic is soon to visit Bosnia-Herzegovina, which indicates that the relations between the two countries are entering a new phase. Commenting on the presence of foreign troops in Bosnia-
