ZAGREB ZAGREB, May 11 (Hina) - A meeting of senior officials of the Adriatic-Ionic Initiative Committee took place at the Croatian Foreign Ministry Friday. The meeting was attended by representatives of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Croatia, Greece, Italy, Yugoslavia, Slovenia and a European Commission representative. Participants discussed documents which are to be adopted at an Adriatic-Ionic Council conference in Split on May 25, as well as the work programme of the conference itself and round-tables scheduled to take place in Split and Trogir on May 24. The Split conference marks an end to Croatia's chairmanship of the Adriatic-Ionic Initiative which started at an extraordinary session of the Adriatic-Ionic Council held in Zagreb last November.(hina) lml
