ZAGREB, May 27 (Hina) - Croatia's President Stjepan Mesic will open an international four-day conference on the promotion of peace and prosperity in southeastern Europe, which begins on Monday in the southern Croatian coastal town of
Dubrovnik.

an international four-day conference on the promotion of peace and
prosperity in southeastern Europe, which begins on Monday in the

The conference entitled 'Key Steps for European Integration:
Promoting Peace and Prosperity in South East Europe' is organised
by the Croatian Institute for International Relations (IMO)
together with the British Foreign Office's agency called Wilton
Park.
This event will draw many participants such as Croatian Premier
Ivica Racan and ministers of foreign affairs and defence, Tonino
Picula and Jozo Rados.
Many foreign politicians and the international community's
officials and experts will take part in the conference as well.
Present will be NATO Secretary-General George Robertson and
Bosnia-Herzegovina's Premier and Foreign Minister, Bozidar Matic
and Zlatko Lagumdzija.
