ZAGREB, April 9 (Hina) - Representatives of an alliance of associations of families of detained and missing Croatian war veterans, of parliament and the government on Monday laid wreaths and lit candles by a tomb containing the bodies
of unidentified veterans and civilians at Zagreb's central cemetery Mirogoj. The tomb contains the remains of some 600 people whose identification required the DNA method, alliance president Josip Jugec told a news conference. There is another similar tomb, with about 100 unidentified bodies, in the eastern town of Osijek, he added. Croatia is still tracing 1,524 people gone missing during the early 1990s Serb aggression on Croatia.(hina) ha sb
