RIJEKA AUTHORITIES FOR HELP IN ROTATION OPERATION RIJEKA, April 7 (Hina) - The command of the Rijeka-based working group of the United States' army on Saturday bestowed letters of thanks to all persons who contributed to the
successful rotation of troops and equipment of the US component within the NATO-led Stabilisation Force (SFOR), deployed in the northern Bosnian city of Tuzla. The operation of rotation began on 25 February when a ship with US infantry troops aboard entered the Croatian biggest seaport of Rijeka. The soldiers were on their trip to Bosnia. In addition, 60 helicopters were also shipped, which were tested in the airport of Krk, near Rijeka, before they flew to Tuzla.
